Kids Care Food Ministry
Approximately 50 people from Peter’s Lutheran Church, Emmanuel Episcopal Church, St. Paul’s United Methodist Church, the Navy Chapel, a visiting family from San Jose, and Pr. Matthew Martin from Kid’s Care gathered at St. Peter’s on Sunday, July 1, where they packaged 20,004 meals for the Kid’s Care program that feeds starving children around the world and the hungry here at home. Thanks to everyone for donating their money, time and talents to make this such a success! All the meals will be distributed by local charities to help those in need in Newport County.
